Keysight Technologies and UC San Diego have demonstrated the world's first 5G communication link with a range of 100-200 meters and speeds up to 2 Gbps. The collaboration resulted in the development of a 64 and 256-element phased-array transmitter with high-efficiency antennas, proving that 5G communication is not only possible, but can deliver record performance.
